SQL Developer 4.1.1 hangs on "Restoring Windows"

I downloaded version 4.1.1 (4.1.1.19.59) of SQL Developer, but after the first use I can’t open it anymore. It hangs in the "Restoring Windows" process. Does anyone have the same problem? Have you found the solution? The only thing that has worked here so far is to delete the history files in Appdata Roaming.

Solution: Installation of JDK 8.0_45

After installed it started to work normally.
