Create SQL Tax Table

Question

I am developing a system for budgets and, to finalize my project, I need to create a tax table. To help, follow an example of what I want to do: in the raw material table, each material has a purchase tax and this amount of taxes on the product can be changed from time to time. So I created a list of taxes, where I want, for example, in a register to leave the taxes: PIS, COFINS, ICMS. And in the raw material register attach the list of taxes instead of selecting tax by tax.
