I’m trying to import a project Android
as a module of another project:
But when I try to import, Gradle makes a mistake saying he can’t find the method android()
in the archive build.gradle
module. I have already tried to import by selecting the entire project folder, and only the "app" folder, and yet, the same error persists.
Here what is written in build.gradle
module:
android {
buildToolsVersion "21.1.2"
compileSdkVersion 21
sourceSets {
main {
manifest.srcFile 'AndroidManifest.xml'
java.srcDirs = ['src']
aidl.srcDirs = ['src']
renderscript.srcDirs = ['src']
res.srcDirs = ['res']
assets.srcDirs = ['assets']
jniLibs.srcDirs = ['libs']
}
instrumentTest.setRoot('tests')
}
}
// called every time gradle gets executed, takes the native dependencies of
// the natives configuration, and extracts them to the proper libs/ folders
// so they get packed with the APK.
task copyAndroidNatives() {
file("libs/armeabi/").mkdirs();
file("libs/armeabi-v7a/").mkdirs();
file("libs/x86/").mkdirs();
configurations.natives.files.each { jar ->
def outputDir = null
if(jar.name.endsWith("natives-armeabi-v7a.jar")) outputDir = file("libs/armeabi-v7a")
if(jar.name.endsWith("natives-armeabi.jar")) outputDir = file("libs/armeabi")
if(jar.name.endsWith("natives-x86.jar")) outputDir = file("libs/x86")
if(outputDir != null) {
copy {
from zipTree(jar)
into outputDir
include "*.so"
}
}
}
}
task run(type: Exec) {
def path
def localProperties = project.file("../local.properties")
if (localProperties.exists()) {
Properties properties = new Properties()
localProperties.withInputStream { instr ->
properties.load(instr)
}
def sdkDir = properties.getProperty('sdk.dir')
if (sdkDir) {
path = sdkDir
} else {
path = "$System.env.ANDROID_HOME"
}
} else {
path = "$System.env.ANDROID_HOME"
}
def adb = path + "/platform-tools/adb"
commandLine "$adb", 'shell', 'am', 'start', '-n', 'br.ufc.great.arviewer.android/br.ufc.great.arviewer.android.AndroidLauncher'
}
// sets up the Android Eclipse project, using the old Ant based build.

// sets up the Android Idea project, using the old Ant based build.

scopes = [ COMPILE: [plus:[project.configurations.compile]]]
iml {

def node = it.asNode()
def builder = NodeBuilder.newInstance();
builder.current = node;

Have you tried saving the other project as a module? Or is it already like this?
– Felipe Douradinho
No. I didn’t know I needed to do this. Could you tell me how to do it?
– Messias Lima
Messiah, could include the
build.gradle
module?– Wakim
I edited the question and added this file
– Messias Lima
Did not miss include the line
apply plugin: 'com.android.library'
at first?– Wakim
i added this line. Now the error has changed. Error:(29, 0) Could not find Property 'natives' on Configuration container.
– Messias Lima
Could you create a new module, import the classes, save and then import into the other project? Another thing, it wouldn’t be easier for you to create a new module in the project instead of importing?
– Felipe Douradinho
No, because the module I want to import is a libGDX project. This project was not created normally, it was created by lib executable. It has a number of settings that I don’t know how it works. I just tried to copy things into a new module, but it didn’t work.
– Messias Lima
I managed to fix this error. Now I can’t import the classes from the other module :/ ta dificil
– Messias Lima
Try to do this by using the step-by-step tutorial: http://answall.com/questions/162749/como-crea-uma-library-android-utilizando-o-android-studio
