Enable temporary domain /~USER/

Good morning, I do not know how to describe well, but I would like to enable "temporary domain" I will call so to try to express myself.

When I create a domain in the whm, I know it’s possible to see the this way:

http://IP-DO-SERVER/~USER/

Making the settings of CSF, I just disabled and I need it active. Someone knows how to reactivate?
