SSH problem on Windows Server 2003

I have a file server and it needs to be accessed from outside my network via SFTP using SSH. The server runs Windows Server 2003 R2 and I installed openssh as an SSH server, and I’ve already set up all user settings and the like. So far so good, because I can connect to the server, send files, download files, but only through the local network, and when I try to access from outside (I’ve already done port routing and release in the windows firewall of port 22).

Filezilla log. meudominio is actually my domain, I have already configured DNS in Domainobr.

State: Connecting sftp.maeominium.with.br...

Answer: fzSftp Started

Command: open "pmbr@sftp.maeominium.com.br" 22

Error: Connection exceeded time limit

Error: Unable to connect to server

Status: Waiting to try again...
