Half Gauge (Half Fleece) for Xamarin Forms

Question

I need to build a half-circle gauge using Xamarin forms, paid controls do not meet because they only have Circular Gauges. It is even possible to display as half-circle, but wastes essential part of the screen.
How can I build a control like this ? Does anyone know any code ready for this?
