I would like to learn how to mess with files, good for example programming in java and work with file CBR, those files HQ or Comic book
For this there are libraries specific to each file or class ready or better would create a class for this purpose.

A file .cbr is a rar archive. Inside the package are a lot of image files. You can use any tools/utilities that you would normally use for RAR/ZIP files to enter the files and handle the images directly.
