It is possible to include the attribute data-id-tarefa="@item.id" within each TR using Webgrid? I can include the attribute by Javascript, but all the Trs return me the same value of the id within the attribute and what I need is the value of each one, as if doing by foreach.

Not. WebGridRow has no methods to work with fields data-.
Prefer to use a <table> normal within the @foreach.
