My account has been blocked by invalid click, how to identify this ip and do something resolve problem.

Unfortunately the admob policy does not provide that kind of information. I went through the same situation, sent email to support and etc. I suggest you create another account at another address to release again. In the application we have to be very careful to put the admob space in a place that not many invalid clicks, in case well away from buttons and etc (places that the user could accidentally click) was that information they passed me.
