Hello, I’m on a project that I need to develop some web apps for a mobile device. It’s for the Android platform. And I would like a tool that gives me the performance of this application and/or that gives me the energy consumption of this application.

You need to utilize the platform’s low-level resources to obtain such information.

So far I do not understand why the question would be broad. Which part of measure energy consumption is it wide? It may be that there is no way to do this, but it is a simple and direct question.
