Split accesses between the new site and the old one

I’m going to publish a new site and I wanted only a few hits to it so I can evaluate its operation and the other hits will be forwarded to the current site. Facebook does something similar when it launches a new interface. The server is Windows Server 2008. Has anyone ever done it or has any idea how it can be done?

I will do this on the server where the application is
