A few days ago the site Republica Virtual that served as a basis for many people perform ZIP code query and receive the data easily, this out of the air, I do not know if anyone knows why to be out but my question is if there is another reliable source by where we can extract such data.

The post office website itself has a service: https://apps.correios.com.br/SigepMasterJPA/AtendeClienteService/AtendeCliente?wsdl
I can see the WSDL but it makes a mistake in the parse saying that The namespace '<global namespace>' already contains a definition for 'cliente'
Do a test with a new project and check if the problem occurs.
I did right in the WcfTestClient, without project or anything and error occurred. Trying to consume as ServiceReference in a new project also gave problem.
