Guys I’m looking for a solution to perform database mirroring Firebird, I’ve heard of a tool called shadow for linux, but I’m looking for a tool that works with windows server.

The shadow you refer to, from Firebird, is not a function of linux, but of Firebird itself, that is, it is available in linux and windows. The shadow serves to have an online "backup" of the database in another location, that is, what you do in the main database, it automatically does in the backup database. The drawback is that you cannot use the backup bank while it is active.
