Resolve caches using PHP

Question

I Googled, but I didn’t find anything satisfactory for my needs. I wonder if anyone knows any solution to solve Blanks like this one using PHP. I have basic knowledge about Imagick and GD libraries, and I’m looking for some library or something like that, but if it doesn’t exist, a good one know how and tips on how I might be solving these Cookies are also welcome.

I could identify the letters in the images using some AI algorithm and help you solve the problem.

Or even do a pixel-by-pixel analysis of the image and manually identify the letter.
