I have developed a website where there is a course for sale for a specific amount. This course is available for payment with Paying, for those who pay on the card is quiet, but would have some way to make installments in the boleto?

No. Pagseguro offers the option of installments only for payment via credit.

You can also generate multiple billets at once with future due dates, thus making the "payment card" with billets generated by .

Pagseguro does not make installments in the ticket. What you can do is use PHP Boleto (http://boletophp.com.br/) and generate a billet for each parcel. This library is simple to use.
