I installed Prestashop 1.6.0.9 and came a white bar at the top of the layout. Please, how to remove this bar?

The current version is 1.6.9.14. If you are doing a new installation, prefer the latest stable version. https://www.prestashop.com/en/download
As for the "white bar" problem, it might be something in Theme (template).
To debug, test by switching to the Prestashop standard Theme. If the same problem occurs in standard Theme, then there is probably some problem on the platform or in settings.
If you don’t have the same problem with standard Theme, it’s probably a problem with custom Theme.
If you detect a problem with Custom Theme, check if you are using utf8 without good. Usually the good character of UTF8 causes a break at the top.

Thank you. I have modified utf-8 to iso-8859-1 and the problem persists. I am in the default theme, default.
