How to read/translate the Yield keyword?

I’m studying about the keyword Yield in C#, and I have this question: how to read this word in Portuguese (structured?). Would something like "return the current value of the enumerator"? Wouldn’t you have a translation of a single word? If you could give an example it would be good!

Note that my question is not exactly about the functioning of Yield, but in a good way to translate the same in Portuguese.

    "Note that my question is not exactly about how Yield works, but about a good way to translate it into English." - The site is about programming. There is a proposal to create a "Portuguese Language", which will be the appropriate place for this type of question, if the proposal is successful. PS: The doubt is interesting, only the means to satisfy it is not quite that. However, if someone put a commenting answering the question, no harm will come.

    "Produces". I read this translation a few years ago, and I found it very appropriate.

    @Bacco actually my question only makes sense in the context of programming, c#, and Portuguese language, so I asked the question here :)

    @Clickok I understand the point of view, but I thought it best to comment. Anyway, if you can help with the Portuguese Language proposal, we’ve solved 2 problems at once ;)

    @Bacco I registered at Area51. Good luck to us, Portuguese-speaking :)

    And I took advantage and also registered... I was publicizing, but I forgot to give the commit in the proposal :)

A good translation for the word yield would be produces, as stated by the user @Onosendai in the comments.

Other possible translations:

  • Delivery;
  • Gera;
  • Harvest; (by @jean)
  • Collection; (by @jean)

    Producing is a good translation recalling that Yeld would not be "producing" in the sense of "building", "riding" but rather in the sense of "harvesting", "collecting"
