I am developing an Ecommerce selling credits for games and in this Ecommerce has several pages and some being very different from others.. My question is whether it is better to use a Global CSS for the whole site or 1 css file for each page? On issues of good practice which is best?
Example: index.css, login.css, products.css

It depends a lot on how you are building your project. The Framework you are using. This answer is hard to answer.
You can have a global css and others for each page, it all depends on how you want to do, and as I said, from the Framework, each has a recommendation.
Hmm, let’s assume that I’m using Pure Javascript to develop... no Frameworks at anything but pure, which would be the best approach?
Please provide additional details in your reply. As it is currently written, it is difficult to understand your solution.
