Why is my project on githubpages behaving differently than it is on my machine?

This is the project on github pages. What is on my machine behaves perfectly when I resize the screen, but when it went to the pages the button "READ MORE" behaves totally different(The button that is on my machine does not leave the first area where there is a background image, since what is in Pages, when the page reduces the size, leaves the area where there is a background image ruining the functioning of the layou). The codes are the same, the browser too. Because this error occurs?
