Change the start and end date reference of a month in Power BI

I need to create filters in Power BI Dashboard in which the month of August, for example, starts on the 20th of July (previous month) and ends on the 19th of August.

This should be done for all months, because there will be a comparison of month to month, semester to semester and year to year. But the initial and final date of each of these is different from the conventional.

I cannot create this filter. Someone has experienced something similar?

[EDIT]

I could not detail because I tested several things and my knowledge in PBI is a little limited yet, but I will try to explain better.

I tried to use an IF() with DATEBETWEEN(), but could not filter only by month and day.

I would like to create the following treatment:

  • From 20/12/2020 to 19/01/2021 = "January"
  • From 20/01/2021 until 19/02/2021 = "February"
  • From 20/02/2021 until 19/03/2021 = "March"
  • From 20/03/2021 until 19/04/2021 = "April"
  • From 20/04/2021 until 19/05/2021 = "May"
  • From 20/05/2021 until 19/06/2021 = "June"
  • From 20/06/2021 until 19/07/2021 = "July"

And so on and so forth...

Soon after, I will compare the amount of processes I have had each month (in the classification above), using the date column of the process to be filtered.
