I am using C# windows application to insert a watermark at the bottom of the screen, and these overrides everything that is open (outlook, word, excel, among others), the watermark remains being displayed on the applications, programs (to prevent information leakage). The problem is that when I minimize, as an example, the Word in the taskbar and put the mouse on it, the view is displayed "in thumbnail" and, if I put the mouse on this thumbnail, the window is showing as if it had "maximized"but in this case the watermark is not displayed. Is there any way to get this brand to override these programs when I just put the mouse over them to make this visualization ?
It gets complicated without better understanding how you are doing it. It would be good to explain better in the question, use the [Edit] link. If you want a watermark always superimposed, maybe it is more interesting to do this "deeper" in the operating system, and not by window.
