Before I didn’t use Vscode I started using it a little while ago. However it keeps showing that I have 5000 changes. I was training Github too, I think I did something wrong like solve?

It is not possible to state without providing details, preferably a [mcve] and which OS you use... Still yes most likely these changes refer to line breaks, occurs a lot with some projects I am working, where when pulling the n (line break) is converted to r n (in the case of Windows), it can also be an editor plugin (or editor config).
