Jupyter notebook install Ganymede

Hey guys, I’m trying to install Ganymede so I can use Java, Javascript and Kotlin in Jupyter Notebook.

I have already installed in Jupyter, Python and C#. But whenever I try to run the command to install the Ganymede Kernel it returns me this error that is in the image below.

I can’t figure out what the problem is.

I used the following tutorials: https://github.com/allen-ball/ganymede / https://dev.to/allenball/ganymede-kernel-1-0-0-20210422-released-abf

The command "java -jar Ganymede-kernel-1.1.0.20210614. jar --install" also returns me error.
