I was able to solve my problem if someone goes through it, just use the command to force the package update Microsoft.Data.OData using the command:

Install-Package Microsoft.Data.OData -Version X

Remembering that X is the version you are using (5.8.4, 5.0.0...), try to leave everyone with the same version.
