Could not find SQL driver

I give php Artisan serves and open localhost and return me: Illuminate Database Queryexception could not find driver (SQL: select * from sessions where id = 9MOM8bvIrofrPuP9POR5BpWIfDXFXkk0fd8jPDHT limit 1)

I installed sql community to see if it solved but the error persists (I changed the sql port communuty to 3307 because the 3306 was already in use, and I did not find another sql on my machine, so I guess the port did not influence the error)
