Prevent users from connecting to the Sharepoint list using excel

I have a list in Sharepoint that I use to insert and edit records via Powerapps, and the App controls what records the user can access.

To prevent the user from accessing directly to the list in Sharepoint and see all the records (including the ones that it cannot and that the App filters for it), configured a View to this, however, if the user is in Excel and create a connection with Sharepoint, will be able to access the list with all records without any filter.

How can I prevent the user from making this connection based on Sharepoint and see all records contained?

I believe you can create a level of permission that: Prevent the user from viewing administrative pages; Prevent remote calls;

With this you break the list permission and assign users that level of permission in the list.
