I am preparing to do my TCC and the result of it will be an application. In this application I will model objects. To model this object the application will provide some shapes. These shapes should be dragged to an area of the application. It will be necessary to interconnect these parts to identify an order or something of the kind.
To provide a better notion, the Diagram day and the brModel brModel are similar to what I wish to do in relation to modeling.
I wonder if someone can help me with suggestions or directions so I can do something similar because I have no experience with this type of work.
I usually use C# but I accept suggestions from other languages to develop this application.

What platform do you want to develop for? Desktop, web, mobile?

I intend to develop Desktop, but I’ve been thinking about maybe making web if the effort is significantly less. The idea of desktop is so that the user can use without connection and also so that I have no server costs to maintain the application. The idea is that after the completion of the app it is available free and open.
