I don’t know how to help you, I would recommend trying to direct your questions by asking questions (in Portuguese) at English Learners Stack Exchange, that may have speakers of both languages, and bearing in mind that the questions should be generic enough to help several people with the same doubts and not aiming individual support of their problem.

I was referring to the DBMS system supporting SQL language in English. About databases themselves contain data in Portuguese, this I believe may exist somewhere. In the case here of the site this type of question is out of scope and tends to be closed.

a lot of IT is in English, market programming languages and databases too, but you don’t need to master English to use these tools well, there are videos and trainings in Portuguese that teach you how to use the tools
