GPG error when adding SQL SERVER key

Good morning, I am installing SQL SERVER on Linux Ubuntu 18.04, as per the tutorial https://docs.microsoft.com/pt-br/sql/linux/quickstart-install-connect-ubuntu?view=sql-server-ver15, but when executing the first command wget -qO- https://packages.microsoft.com/keys/microsoft.asc | sudo apt-key add - I get the following error

gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.

I have done several researches on the error, I installed the ca-certificates, installed all packages from gpg but I still can’t solve the problem, can someone direct me to a solution?
