Is anyone having trouble displaying featured photo (those thumbnails) news when sharing on Whatsapp? I have two sites - one works perfectly when there is news sharing, and the other only works when I send the link by Whatsapp installed on the computer. By cell phone does not load the image.

There are some html meta tags that you can use to solve this. They are called Opengraph meta tags. With them included on your page, you can edit the description, image and title that is rendered in the preview link when you share the links.
