How to resolve duplicate mainpage on the site?

I posted my website a short time ago and SEO score analyzers report that my mainpage is duplicated. They show that there is https://www.converteb.com.br/ and https://www.converteb.com.br/index.html

I would like to know how to solve this, since it has a great impact on SEO. I have already tried redirecting index.html to the https://www.converteb.com.br/, but it still didn’t work. I use the Cpanel to manage my site, it was done without wordpress.

Your html document has an invalid rel="Canonical". This ends up making the robot read duplicately.

https://web.dev/canonical/? utm_source=lighthouse&utm_medium=devtools

Should be https://www.converteb.com.br instead of https://www.converteb.com/. Because that second URL does not exist.
