I would like to know the difference between a regression problem and a time series Prediction. I think regression is used to understand how independent variables interfere with the dependent variable. I’m sure?

It’s not about code because I haven’t gotten there yet. First of all, I understand the theory and then pass it on to code. So for now, it’s a theoretical question :)
