I’m developing a chatbot with Dialogflow integrated into Whatsapp.
My chatbot should only interact with the mobile numbers registered in my database.
Currently I use the Respond.io that allows me to block the chatbot when there is intention of the user to call the human attendant, but I have been having difficulty blocking a number where not even made contact with the bot.
It is possible to disable the Dialogflow chatbot integrated with Wpp given a phone number?
