Anaconda had been installed with version 3.8 of Python, but was unable to install the specific library, the following error occurred:

UnsatisfiableError: The following specifications were found
to be incompatible with the existing python installation in your environment:

Specifications:

  - pygslib -> python[version='>=3.5,<3.6.0a0|>=3.7,<3.8.0a0|>=3.9,<3.10.0a0']

Your python: python=3.8

I performed some procedure described here on the library page to be able to install in version 3.8, but there were several conflicts with other libraries.

I did the installation of other versions of python and still could not install.

Currently I do not have any version of Python and Anaconda installed, I removed everything, to make a new attempt.

I was wondering if there is any specific version or any proper procedure to be able to install this library.

I use Windows 10.

I installed Anaconda3 5.2.0

(base) C:\WINDOWS\system32>ipython
Python 3.6.5 |Anaconda, Inc.| (default, Mar 29 2018, 13:32:41) [MSC v.1900 64 bit (AMD64)]
Type 'copyright', 'credits' or 'license' for more information
IPython 6.4.0 -- An enhanced Interactive Python. Type '?' for help.

And again there are library conflicts

(base) C:\WINDOWS\system32>conda install -c opengeostat pygslib
