According to this Answer, Try enabling AVD in eclipse preferences. Go to Window > Customize perspective > Command Groups Availability tab. Check the "Android SDK and AVD Manager" option and click OK.

Next, if you’re still going to help, I found out here stirring up everything.

Window > Perspective > Customize Perspective > Action Set Availability

and check the option Android SDK and AVD, ready.

This is SDK icon in eclipse:

If not enabled, do this ANY OF THESE STEPS:

Windows -> Open Perspective->Other e Selecione "Java(Default)" e clique em OK.

Window > Custom Perspective

Command Groups Availability > Android e AVD Manager > check

Tool Bar Visibility > Android e AVD Manager > check

2nd Option: Go to the folder where the SDK is. There you start the application without the eclipse.

  • Yes however I would like the option to appear in the eclipse, have to 'restore' this option?

  • Precisely I wanted this icon in the eclipse, but the Capiroto does not let my eclipse put it there...
