Installing nano in Heroku

I am unable to install the nano in Heroku I am getting the error

Error: no name in /home//. local/share/Heroku/package.json

How to install in Heroku cli?

The command I’m using to install the editor

Heroku plugins:install https://github.com/naaman/heroku-nano
