Execution of external script(js) on an online page

I want to execute a script (JS) specific to the exclusion of some elements of the page that I consider visual pollution; and hinder my navigability in specific. ( It’s the university website, so I have no choice but to use it )

The script is ready, does everything I wish and works. However every time I enter the page or update I have to: open the console, paste the script and then run to get the result I want.

Is there any way to automate this process for every time I access "x-URL" it automatically run ? If yes, what is the correct term I should use in Google searches to find ?

Where would you have more information about ? ( Vi Selenium, but so far it does not fit )
