Eclipse does not show java attribute hint

When I press on CTRL+Space and I click on attribute, Eclipse is not showing the attribute hint before Click.

Try the following.

Go on Window → Preferences → Java → Publisher → Content Assist → Advanced and make sure the option Java Proposals is checked, valid for Eclipse Kepler and Luna.
