When I open a new file in Pycharm the cursor is as if I had clicked on the Insert key, someone knows how to solve?

Probably at the time of installing Pycharm you installed the extension to work with R language. I advise to uninstall Pycharm, reinstall it, taking care not to install the language extension R. - Solkarped 18/09/20 at 19:48
Just go to: Tools >> and cancel the option 'Vim Emulator'.

On your number pad, press the **0 (zero) ** key, this will remove the Insert mode ( Vim Emmulator).

I tried that already, but it didn’t. It has something to do with Keymap but I’m not able to solve
