DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE command in oracle does not print anything and still the block is executed

I’m doing some exercises of fixing PL/SQL only that overnight the DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE stopped to print things in the SQL Developer console, and I have tried opening a new script or in several types of blocks Anonimos in PL/SQL and still not printa anything, would have some solution to this bug ?
