I created a static page and posted on Github pages, until then with the default domain username.github.io/Repo was working all good, but then I bought a domain .net at Locaweb, and when I tried to connect with Cloudflare also, not working, always gives error DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.

DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours to occur worldwide. However, it usually takes a few hours.
To check the spread of DNS recommend using the site https://www.whatsmydns.net/, putting your domain and option A, to verify the IP that is responding to it. Or a subdomain and A or CNAME, according to your configuration. You can also do the same with other types of settings, such as MX, to check the mail server.
Got it! There with subdomain and CNAME is all marked in red yet, only with A that only one left...

Your domain is already targeting cloudflare, but the "www" subdomain doesn’t seem properly configured. When entering the address natanapps(...) responds with 404. I recommended setting up the www redirect to the root of the domain directly in cloudflare including forcing the use of https.
