Good night, i would like to do a small project as follows: You have notifications that come to windows by google Chrome, that is, by the websites that notifications are enabled, such as Whatsapp Web, youtube, etc., that warn me when new messages arrive or when videos of channels that I follow are posted. I would like to make a program that 'detects' when these notifications come to me and that way I would like to turn on an LED that is connected to the USB port of my computer. That way, when I had notifications and I wasn’t looking at the computer screen, when I got close I would see the LED on and I would know what new notifications came in. What technology or tool could I use for the execution of this project?
