I can’t change files in htdocs without creating a copy

Good afternoon!

I am working on a web project and having problems with the htdocs folder. When I make a change to a file and check, the change does not appear on the page. In order for it to appear it is necessary that I close the editor, create a copy of the project’s printer and access the localhost from this copy. Then the change appears. If I change and want to look at the change in the same file, the site appears as if nothing has changed. Any tips on how to solve?

These are the file permissions inside the folder. If using linux, chmod -R +x /opt/lammp/htdocs If you are using windows, change manually with the right mouse button, or use the command.

  • Sorry, I don’t understand. Do you happen to be referring to administrator permissions? Because this already has. Windows usage even.

  • Yes, I’m used to linux. But change the permissions to allow read writing for all users.
