Good morning! This screen, is the default login screen to connect to the database, probably when performing the installation of SQL Server Management Studio and SQL, the installation gave you 2 options to login to DB, authentication with windows or the one you choose,

example:

User: user1

Password: 1234

In the authentication field it is possible to change the form of login with the windows authentication itself if you have chosen or the one you defined through a specific user and password
