I have a problem with the project dependences, yesterday I worked normally and today, as soon as I opened the project and built, the errors appeared...
I tried to accomplish the clear, reinstall the Nugets, restore Nugets, I closed the application, deleted the application and realized the clone again.
Even though having performed these items the dependencies continue with error.
Opa, right click on the project and go to properties and confirm if the framework is set there in target structure

@Rafaelscheffer I made some approaches. but in the end I performed the upgrade in nuget and after down-grade. That way I was able to compile the Application.
