I put all the data on iTunes Connect but there is an error in the part of screenshots. I already put an image to 3,5", 4", 4,7", 5,5" and iPad with the sizes reported on the site. However always appears the error:

Load at least one screenshot

Can someone help me?

There are three possible solutions:

  1. Incompatibility of browser: try another browser, for example Firefox
  2. Problems with the file: open the screenshots with the Preview and save as a new file.
  3. Format problems: make sure images with at least 72 dpi, RGBin .jpeg, .jpg, .tif, .tiff, or .png.

Images must be at least 72 dpi, in the RGB color space, and the file must be . jpeg, . jpg, . tif, . tiff, or . png.

Important: if your app is located forget to check the steps 2 and 3 for all localized versions.

  • tried with another browser and saving the images, and the images follow the correct format, but the error persists.

  • you moved the images to all languages?

  • ah, no! That’s it?

  • yes, that’s what I meant by localized application, switch to the other language and up the screenshots of it

  • In the upper right corner has a language name followed by a arrow down, you click there to add the description and screenshots in the other languages for which the application is located :)

  • it worked well, but when validating by Xcode appears "itunes store Operation failed,"no software with cfbundlerIdentifier of be.com.app.key verifi you Bundle Identifier is correct.
