Redirect domain only using the BR Record

I have a client who is from Japan, the entire application will run on his server, from Japan.

I purchased the domain .com.br in Registro BR, and in the location of the DNS Zone (within Registro BR) I entered the following entry:

NOME TIPO DADOS
www.meudominio.com.br CNAME www.servidordojapao.com.br

Worked well, when access www.meudominio.com.br it shows the information of www.servidordojapao.com.br.

Now I’ve got three questions:

1- Is there any way, only via BR Registry (no server), to redirect the domain without www to the Japan server?

2- So that I have done so far, all the traffic will weigh only on the server of Japan? I will not have to worry about it here in Brazil?

3- If I need an SSL certificate I will inevitably need a server?

about your questions:

1- There is some way, only via Registry BR (without server), from redirect the domain without www to the Japan server?

A: No problem, in theory just create another CNAME without the www

meudominio.com.br CNAME www.servidordojapao.com.br

actually this is not quite a redirect, you are pointing in the DNS the name of your domain to answer by the ip/address of the japan server

2- In this way that I have done so far, all traffic will weigh only on Japan server? I won’t have to worry about it here in Brazil?

A: You don’t have to worry, all requests will be automatically converted by the DNS of the BRL register that will be pointing to the japan address...

3- If I need an SSL certificate I will inevitably need to a server?

A: If you are pointing your domain name to the japan server who must have installed the SSL certificate of your domain is the server that is opening the page in japan, there on the japan web server must be running an apache/Nginx/ISS/etc, they will have to include in the apache/Nginx/etc server the SSL certificates generated for your domain (with www and without www)
