I have a blogger, already created posts, I want to do the following: I want to list the posts menu: when I click on the menu will appear all related posts.

If I understand correctly, what you want to do is filter posts by tag. In the menu the links should point to the post related tag.
Example: http://seusite.blogspot.com.br/search/label/Noticias
In this case it would filter publications that have the tag News
