Am I the victim of some hacker?

Hello, I’m beginner in the world of technology and I’m suspicious of some files that appeared on my Home on Ubuntu. That’s because I haven’t seen these files before.

It’s them .Mozilla,.cache,.config,.bash_history,.local among others. In particular .local which I failed to delete. The error happened because in this file is the recycle bin "Trash", ie"'Trash' can’t be put in Trash". And whenever I delete others, they go back to Home. I know that some files there are important, such as .bash_history, but I thought it was strange that they appeared in my home when this had never happened before.
