Error when trying to commit to github

this msg appears in git when I try to send to github

On branch origin Nothing to commit, Working Tree clean inserir a descrição da imagem aqui

    This problem happens when you haven’t made any modifications to files tracked by git. You can confirm this with git status. You have actually modified some file?

  • and I want to add the commit file but I can’t

  • But is this file inside the specified folder? If so, take a look at a file called .gitignore. Everything in it is ignored (he nay will add in the git add)

I went to the github page where I held my repository and placed commands to import the files and origin and it went well to send the files ,and then I made the changes to the commit because it contained information from other commit I tried with this command: git commit --Amend -m "My newinserir a descrição da imagem aqui message

is the selected part I used to solve the problem.

The terminal makes it clear, git hasn’t tracked any changes when comparing its repository to the remote repository. You can give a git status to make sure that the data were even modified. You can also give a git remote -v to see if git is pointing to the repository you’re committing. And to look something like this:

origin  https://github.com/username/Repositorio_que_voce_esta_trabalhando.git (fetch)
origin  https://github.com/username/Repositorio_que_voce_esta_trabalhando.git (push)

If something like this doesn’t appear, git probably doesn’t point to the repository you’re working on

  • in the case git was not giving any action ,so I had to manadr force the push and then commit the commit differently in case the status did not show the repository data nor log tb
